Catalyst Wedding Co

Catalyst Wedding Co is an online magazine about “love, sex, weddings, and marriage for feminists, the LGBTQ community, & woke folk.” I am one of their community ambassadors, and I write for Kin Aesthetics, a column about queer kinship and community activism.

“Excommunicate Me From the Church of Social Justice” – July 2017

“Mixed Feels About Mixed Race Love” – March 2017

“Queer Kinship in a Trump Dystopia” – February 2017

International Examiner

The International Examiner is an Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community activist newspaper based in Seattle’s International District. The IE is the oldest AAPI newspaper in the Northwest and the oldest continuously publishing pan-Asian newspaper in the country. I contribute book reviews to their Arts section.

“Two API poets defy dominant power structures and explore the violence and absurdity of capitalism” – April 2017

Fiction

No Phone Home – This is an interactive first-person narrative sci-fi game I built on Twine in the Spring of 2017. It imagines a future where technology ownership, and not race, gender, or sexuality, dictate the creation of a new society.
